Program Uji Kompetensi dan Sertifikasi BNSP – Skema Animator Madya berfokus pada verifikasi keterampilan nyata Anda di pipeline animasi: pra-produksi → produksi (2D/3D) → pascaproduksi. Peserta menyiapkan portofolio (shot animasi, playblast, final render, dan breakdown proses) yang dinilai oleh asesor sesuai standar BNSP.
Format: offline. Biaya: Rp6.800.000 (sudah termasuk hotel/penginapan & makan; minimal 8 peserta).
Seorang Animator Madya bertanggung jawab menerjemahkan brief & storyboard menjadi gerak yang meyakinkan sekaligus menjaga kontinuitas, ritme, dan kualitas visual. Program ini menyatukan praktik studio (rigging, body mechanics, acting, timing & spacing) dengan standar asesmen BNSP sehingga peserta siap uji sekaligus siap produksi.
Analisis Brief & Riset Visual – tujuan, audiens, style guide, referensi.
Storyboard & Animatic – beat sheet, camera blocking, ritme & timing.
Prinsip 12 Animasi – squash & stretch, anticipation, arcs, overlap, dsb.
Layout & Sinematografi – komposisi, staging, pemilihan lensa & camera move.
Rigging 2D/3D – kontrol, constraint, deformer, weight paint.
Body Mechanics & Acting – pose, silhouette, emotion beats.
Timing & Spacing – graph editor, easing, favor, holds, arcs.
FX Sederhana – follow through, secondary motion (kain/rambut).
Lookdev, Lighting & Shading – skema lampu, PBR material.
Rendering & Optimasi – sampling, denoise, AOV, cache.
Compositing & Finishing – color correction, grain, titles, audio sync.
QC & Packaging Deliverables – review, revisi, ekspor & spesifikasi delivery.
Etika Profesional & Pipeline – manajemen aset, penamaan, versioning.
Tugas: Bouncing ball 2 detik untuk opening ident dengan squash & stretch, ease in–out, dan overshoot ringan.

Analisis Brief & Riset: merumuskan tujuan visual, audiens, dan gaya; menyusun moodboard.
Storyboard/Animatic: menentukan staging, camera move, serta ritme adegan.
Penerapan 12 Prinsip: dari key pose → in-between → polish (overlap, arcs, favor timing).
Rigging & Kontrol: pemilihan/penyesuaian rig, weight paint, constraint fungsional.
Body Mechanics & Acting: line of action, silhouette, emotion cue yang jelas.
Timing/Spacing: pengelolaan kurva di graph editor, ease, holds, retime.
FX, Lighting & Rendering: efek sekunder sederhana, setup lampu efisien, AOV & denoise.
Compositing & Finishing: koreksi warna, teks/sfx, sinkron audio, standar ekspor.
QC & Delivery: review, catatan revisi, penamaan & spesifikasi pengantaran.
