Pelatihan dan Uji Sertifikasi Animator Madya – BNSP

Format: offline · Durasi: 2 hari pelatihan + 1 hari uji kompetensi · Biaya: Rp6.800.000 per orang (sudah termasuk hotel/penginapan & makan; minimal 8 peserta) · Output: portofolio siap uji (playblast, final render, breakdown proses) dan sertifikat BNSP bagi yang dinyatakan kompeten.


Pendahuluan

Profesi Animator Madya menuntut penguasaan prinsip animasi, pemahaman brief, hingga penyelesaian shot yang siap tayang. Program ini menggabungkan praktik studio intensif—12 prinsip animasi, body mechanics & acting, rigging dasar–menengah, timing–spacing, lighting–rendering, compositing, QC & packaging—dengan skema asesmen BNSP. Tujuannya: peserta siap produksi dan siap uji sesuai standar nasional.


Unit Kompetensi (Cakupan Materi)

  1. Analisis Brief & Riset Visual – tujuan, audiens, gaya, moodboard.

  2. Storyboard & Animatic – staging, camera blocking, ritme & beat.

  3. Prinsip 12 Animasi – squash–stretch, anticipation, arcs, overlap, exaggeration.

  4. Layout & Sinematografi – komposisi, lens choice, depth of field.

  5. Rigging 2D/3D – kontrol, constraint, deformer, weight paint.

  6. Body Mechanics & Actingpose readability, silhouette, emotion beats.

  7. Timing & Spacinggraph editor, easing, favors, holds, arcs.

  8. Secondary Motion & FX – follow through, kain/rambut sederhana.

  9. Lookdev, Lighting & Shading – setup lampu, material PBR, AOV.

  10. Rendering & Optimasi – sampling, denoise, cache, manajemen render.

  11. Compositing & Finishing – color correction, titles, audio sync.

  12. QC & Packagingreview, revisi, penamaan aset, spesifikasi delivery.

  13. Etika & Pipeline – kolaborasi, versioning, shot tracking.

Tantangan: Logo reveal 5 detik untuk bumper iklan, menerapkan anticipation, squash–stretch ringan, dan overshoot.

  • Analisis Brief & Riset: memetakan tujuan visual, gaya, audiens, referensi.

  • Storyboard/Animatic: staging, ritme, timing chart, kamera.

  • Penerapan 12 Prinsip: dari key pose → in-between → polish (arcs/overlap/timing).

  • Rigging & Kontrol: memilih/menyesuaikan rig, weight paint, constraint fungsional.

  • Body Mechanics & Acting: line of action, silhouette, kejelasan emosi.

  • Timing/Spacing: manajemen graph editor, favor timing, holds, retime.

  • FX, Lighting & Rendering: efek sekunder, AOV, denoise, optimasi render.

  • Compositing & Finishing: koreksi warna, teks/SFX, sinkron audio.

  • QC & Delivery: review, catatan revisi, penamaan file, spesifikasi ekspor.
